This place is awesome. I went to thrift clothing and the section was very good. I walked away with 2 trench coats, 1 leather jacket, 2 pairs of shoes, 4 sweaters, 2 shirts, and 1 purse for $143 total. I love all the items I found. The only thing I couldn’t find was skirts :( but that’s not their fault.

This place is not what it seems. I read their bio, and their reviews. They claim to be non profit, and state that everyone working there is a volunteer. They also claim to have started this business when their founder had spoken with Mother Teresa way back when, and their mission was, and is to help the needy. Now the problem I have with this place is that I came there 2 days ago in need of any assistance that I could receive my situation is beyond dire and It was the only reason I came there. However, when I arrived at this warehouse all of these volunteers that work there look more like they were sentenced to community service than willing volunteering. They all had just miserable looks on their faces. Not one of them knew how to smile and make me feel welcomed. I went and spoke with a woman who seemed to do the enrollment process. I was told that I do not look homeless, and was asked if I could provide proof of my homelessness? Now how exactly does one prove that they are homeless? So basically I was not enrolled and I was told that I needed to provide a letter of recommendation of some sort as if I was applying for Princeton. I was given a 25 dollar gift card, a sleeping bag, and a hygiene bag. Which I am grateful for, however I felt like I was being accused of trying to be some rich cheapskate that wanted free stuff. I never even stuck around for the food drive because someone else told me that it's not worth the public humiliation they put you through to receive it. I still have the gift card and will most likely never return to use it. I will just help myself, I just wanted to let others know what it's like before outing yourself through this pride swallowing spectical. Just at best to shop through some unwashed, dusty clothes that other people wanted to throw away. To me it's not worth it. I may have lost almost everything that I have worked so hard to get but I still have my dignity and I won't be coming back.

Just found my favorite thrift store!! This place is also a non-profit food bank and donation center! Extremely affordable and pretty amazing quality for a thrift store. All the pictures I took were all the different prices on different racks. They have a huge variety, here's a few interesting things I saw: Dison vacuums, nice juicers, as well as skis and snow boots. Definitely give this place a try, it did does not disappoint!! The only thing I found confusing was trying to find the entrance. Happy thrifting!!! Also, I would like the add that the employees and volunteers are extremely nice and helpful so shout out to them for being so kind :)

Personnel are just not friendly, also if you are in a mission mode for shopping and are taking your time, then need to use a bathroom, they will tell you that “both bathrooms are out of service” ! Really? Just for customers, where is your consideration for paying customers that like to check all the stuff in your “warehouse”? I am not coming back here for sure.

Best thrift store in South Orange County, both on the buy side and the donate side. I hear this from everybody... The guys working outside accepting donations are the kindest people. It's good vibes here all day long. I know because I've made a lot of donations. They also accept a wide variety of items, so if other donation centers seem picky, you can try Mercy Warehouse. But don't donate large items you know people wouldn't want to buy please. If you're buying, the selection is fantastic. It's massive in there. Good art, good furniture, great clothes. Line moves quickly. I once saw a Rolls Royce exiting the parking lot with goods stacked high in the back seat. You're going to find things here that you won't find anywhere else. Lastly, they do really good work. I've gotten to know their staff and other people they have helped since I've been working with them in other capacities, and it's inspiring stuff. I give it... 12/5 stars, my highest recommendation. Check it out for yourself! -Mr. Hyperlocal

My fav thrift store in the wide world. Picked up two tables that will become much artistic when I repurpose them into Meditation Tables for friends. Mercy is filled to the top with wonderful volunteer people, excellent bargains and a great mission. Say hello to Mark and Steven when you go.

Love this place. HUGE! The clothing is by size which is a plus. Everything is neat and easy to find. Recently purchased (in addition to clothing) a dog bath with hose attachment and drainage for 15 bucks. It was practically brand new. Used it as soon as we got home. I love hearing the Christian music they play. Very calming and creates a nice atmosphere
